TourStubs

You log a show you went to and get a digital ticket stub with art made for that band on that night. Your photos and videos from the show live on the stub, so the whole night stays together.

Tickets are all digital now, and they disappear. The only record of a night is whatever's on your phone, and even that gets lost when you run out of storage or the photos never make it into an album.

TourStubs fixes that by turning the ticket into the album.

TourStubs started in a group chat. I dropped an idea I'd been working on, and my friend Larry Lynn felt it didn't really fit the TourStubs name. Then Larry pitched the idea for TourStubs instead, and it clicked right away.

So the idea is Larry's, and I got to design and build it. We've been working on it together ever since, trading ideas and making it better a little at a time.

And that first idea I pitched? It didn't go to waste. It turned into its own app: Road Receipts.
